However, if for any reason you would like to exchange or refund, Gemstoneworld offers a 30-day money back guarantee for items in their original condition accompanied by a receipt.

Return Procedure:- :-

1) 1)Product must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. The date of shipment is specified in the Gemstoneworld invoice. invoice.

2)Get your Return Authorization Code by calling Gemstoneworld. A Gemstoneworld Advisor will send you a return authorization email. Include a copy of that email in your return package.

3) Include all original packaging, certificates and materials. For security reasons, please do not write Gemstoneworld anywhere on the outside of the box.

4) Ship your item fully insured. To insure your package, check the price of the item on your invoice. Insure your package for the total value of the contents and request a return receipt for confirmation.

5) All return requests will be processed only after our laboratory verifies the condition of the item.

6)Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon the receipt of the item.

7) The following items will not be accepted for returns:

   A) Any item with evidence of damage, wear, engraving, alterations or resizing by a jeweler other than Gemstoneworld

   B) Improperly packaged or uninsured items

   C) Packages without an Gemstoneworld return code

   D)The 30 days money back gurantee is not applicate to offline customers who see the product before buying it.

   E)Stones once mounted on the ring will NEVER be returned. Customers are expected to test the stone before mounting them on rings.
